Céline completed her law degree in Rwanda, her country of origin, and has been a member of her country’s Bar since April 2005.

Established in Canada since August 2023, she completed an attestation of professional specialization in business start-up at L’École des métiers de l’informatique, du commerce et de l’administration de Montréal (EMICA) in 2024.

She then worked as an administrative agent from 2024 to 2025, for a professional development company that hires people needing recent experience in Quebec in several fields.

Passionate about law, she joined the firm in April 2025.
